Spaces should be approximately 200-250 square meters, with the possibility of a large terrace or balcony. A corner spot is preferable, as is a location in a main square, large pedestrian streets, near tourist sites (churches, museums, monuments, etc.), without condominium restrictions for food-related businesses. Length and width measurements should be proportionate to one another.
